Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 12, 2026
The short version: We collect the information you type into this site, your contact
details and your assessment results, so we can show you your results and follow up if you ask us to.
We don't sell your information, we don't run advertising trackers, and we only share data with the
service providers that make the site work and, when you ask us to follow up, the professional who
contacts you.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy describes how Pantheon Technologies LLC (14425 N. 7th Street, Suite 101, Phoenix, AZ 85022) ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use whatismyeta.com,
including the E.T.A. alignment assessment and the chat assistant (the "Service").
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact details, your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, when you
submit a form to see your results, book a call, or contact us.
- Assessment information, the profile you select (for example, athlete or business
owner), your answer to the profile question, and the results computed from your answers (section scores, overall ETA alignment score, and any areas-of-focus
indicators), together with your individual question-and-answer responses and the date of submission. When
you submit your details to see your results, your answers are transmitted to us with your contact
information so the professional who follows up can review them with you.
- Messages, anything you write in a contact form or in the "Ask E.T.A." chat.
Information collected automatically
- Server and hosting logs, like most websites, our hosting provider records standard
technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and operations.
- Cookies and analytics: we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC,
to understand how visitors use the Service (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type).
Google Analytics sets cookies (such as "_ga") and processes usage data under Google's own privacy policy.
We review this data only in aggregate, and it never includes your assessment answers. You can opt out with
your browser's cookie controls or Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Third-party services you choose
to use (such as the scheduling page) may set their own cookies under their own policies.
- Anti-spam signals, our forms include hidden anti-spam fields that help us filter
automated submissions.
3. How we use your information
- To operate the Service, for example, to compute and display your assessment results.
- To contact you and follow up about your results, the Service, and related offerings from Pantheon
Technologies LLC, by the contact methods you provide. Submitting the results form generates an email
notification to our team that includes your contact details and your assessment responses.
- To schedule calls you request (via our scheduling provider).
- To power the chat assistant (see Section 4).
- To secure, maintain, and improve the Service, and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. The chat assistant and AI processing
Messages you send through "Ask E.T.A." are transmitted to our artificial-intelligence service provider
(currently OpenAI) to generate a response. Chat messages are processed to provide the feature and are
handled by the provider under its own terms. Please do not include sensitive personal information, such
as account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information, in chat messages.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own
marketing. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us run the Service, acting on our behalf:
website hosting (Vercel), database storage (Supabase), email delivery for internal notifications
(Resend), AI chat processing (Anthropic), scheduling (Calendly, when you book a call), and font delivery
(Google Fonts, which your browser requests when the site loads).
- With professionals who follow up at your request, for example, a licensed
financial professional contacting you about the call you asked to book.
- For legal reasons, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users,
or the public.
- In a business transfer, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of
assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, for example, to
follow up on your assessment or maintain business records, and then delete or de-identify it. You can
request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
7. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, deletion, email us at
jared@pantheongroup.com to request a copy of your information,
correct it, or have it deleted.
- Communications, you may opt out of follow-up communications at any time by
replying to any message from us or emailing the address above.
- State privacy rights, depending on where you live (for example, California,
Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, or Virginia), you may have additional rights, including to know,
correct, or delete personal information and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights.
We honor such requests as required by applicable law using the contact above. We do not sell personal
information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including
access-controlled storage and server-side handling of credentials. No method of transmission or storage
is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from anyone under 13, and the Service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you
believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Service links to third-party sites and services (for example, our scheduling page). Their privacy
practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest
version; material changes will be posted on this page.
