These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website whatismyeta.com, including the E.T.A. readiness assessment, the chat assistant, and any related content and features (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Pantheon Technologies LLC, 14425 N. 7th Street, Suite 101, Phoenix, AZ 85022 ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service exists to help you think about your financial alignment across three areas: Earnings, Taxes, and Assets. Everything the Service provides, including your readiness scores, section scores, "red flag" indicators, educational explanations, articles, and chat responses, is general educational information.
The "Ask E.T.A." chat feature is powered by a third-party artificial-intelligence service. AI-generated responses can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Chat responses are provided for educational purposes only, are not advice, and should not be relied on for any decision. Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as account numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information) through the chat.
The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
When you submit information through the Service (for example, your name, email address, phone number, or assessment answers), you agree that the information you provide is accurate and yours to provide. By submitting a form on the Service and accepting these Terms, you consent to our contacting you and following up about your results, the Service, and related offerings by the contact methods you provide. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may link to or integrate third-party services, for example, Calendly for scheduling calls. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the assessment questions and scoring framework, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own informational, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE (INCLUDING ASSESSMENT RESULTS AND CHAT RESPONSES) IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
